First, you should eat more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins, a which is good for your eyes and they also provide fiber, a which is good for your digestive system. 6. Dành chơi máy tính ít hơn.

3.ăn ít đồ ăn vặt: Bạn là những gì bạn ăn! Vì vậy hãy chắc chắn rằng nó là đồ ăn tốt như hoa quả và rau củ, không phải đồ ăn vặt.Nó cũng giúp bạn phòng tránh bệnh béo phì.

2. What should we do to keep fit and stay healthy:

Health plays an important role in our lives so we should do more exercise, eat more fruits and vegetables and sleep more ,too. Moreover, we should not eat a lot of junk food because it contains things that are not good for our health and we can put on weight , either. And we also should eat nutritious food to become healthier In short, if we want to keep fit and stay healthy, we ought to go on diet like I have mentioned above.
