THE GENERATION GAP
people talk about the generation as a kind of division between young people and their parents. It is something which is (GENERAL) generally a problem when children enter their teenage years, and results in (COMPLAIN) complaints on both sides. Parents, for example, can often be heard to say that young people are disrespectful and disobedient, and in (ADD) addition, young people tend to be (RESPONSIBLE) irresponsible when spending because they don't appreciate the value of money. For good or bad, computers are now part of our daily life. With the price of a small home computer now as low as $50, experts predict that before long all schools and businesses and most families in the richer parts of the world will own a computer of some kind. Among general public, computers arouse strong feelings. People either love them or hate them.
The computer-lovers talk about how useful computer can be in business, in education and in the home. Apart from all games, you can do on them, your accounts on them, learns languages from them, write letters on them and in some places even do your shopping with them. Computers, they say will also bring more leisure, as more and more unpleasant jobs are taken over by computerized robots
The latter, on the other hand, argue that computers bring not leisure but unemployment. They worry, too that people who spend all the time talking to computers will forget how to talk to each other. Their biggest fear is that computers may eventually take over from human being altogether
Traffic jams in Vietnam only frequently take in Hanoi capital and Ho Chi Minh City. Vietnamese people seem to be accustomed to traffic congestion, even miss it whenever they go to other places. There is no fixed rule for the the traffic jams to happen but is worst during the rush hour when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Apart from peak hours, the time between 9 am and 10 am and between 3 pm and 4 pm also witnesses long lines of vehicles, mainly motorbikes, struggling to get of narrow streets.
Whenever it rains, the traffic jam gets more terrible with the joining hand of flooding. Taxis are extremely hard to or wave during the downpour. However, it only about 30 minutes on average for a standstill and 2 hours to get through the worst, not really bad compared to that of other countries. While the rapid increase in car use coupled with the deterioration of roads caused by disordered planning make the matter worse, the most annoying thing about the traffic jam the way people react when being at the congestion. Most road users ride their motorbikes on the pavement rather than waiting calmly, or they constantly use their horns to hasten riders in the front, even shouting at them from time to time. More luckily, bicyclists can leisurely carry their "war-horses" on their backs and thread their way through messy matrixes.

I think both of the above ideas are good and beneficial. But my opinion is that getting more experience and developing skills is more important because as we see now in today's society there are students university students who studied for 3 years and 4 years got a diploma but still did not have a stable job. While there were students who did not go to university and still got accepted. Why is that? In the working environment Currently, the most necessary and important thing is the experience of each person. If you have to recruit employees between two people. One person has completed 4 years of college and graduated but never collided, no experience. One side is a person with long experience. Of course, they will hire an experienced person because they hire employees, the staff is not to teach them but to let them work.
