\(3B=\frac{1}{20}-\frac{1}{23}+\frac{1}{23}-\frac{1}{26}+\frac{1}{26}-\frac{1}{29}+...+\frac{1}{77}-\frac{1}{80}=\frac{1}{20}-\frac{1}{80}\)
