3x -2 = (2x +1) + x -3 chia hết cho 2x+1
khi x-3 chia hết cho 2x+1
=>x -3 =0 => x =3
hoặc x -3 = 2x+1 => x =-4
x -3 = -2x -1 => 3x = 2 loại
Vậy x =3 ; x =-4
