Có nhiều vấn đề giao thông ở thành phố của tôi. Một trong những vấn đề về giao thông là có một số con đường hẹp và gập ghềnh. Vì lý do này, nhiều tai nạn giao thông đã xảy ra trước đây. Thứ hai, nhiều người sử dụng đường không tuân thủ quy tắc giao thông. Họ băng qua đường mà không nhìn kỹ. Thứ ba, nhiều bạn trẻ đi xe đạp của họ nguy hiểm. Tóm lại, tôi giữ quan điểm tuân thủ các quy tắc giao thông là rất quan trọng và cần thiết.

I think traffic education will be a great help. My father is a pretty safe driver, and he reads under traffic rules and practices best. When I often ask how he knows it, he looks at me and says: "If you want to join the traffic, you have to understand these things." The other problems I see with drivers today are distraction, distracted driving and not being aware of the surroundings. I think those people need to focus more so that there is no traffic accident. Moreover, they should learn about transport education

My city - Ho Chi Minh city, has bad traffic problems.
There are so many vehicles on the streets and alleys, from buses, cars, to motorbikes, bicycles. The city has the most motorbikes in this country.
Moreover, the streets are very narrow and bad. They are easily flooded when it rains so heavily. The streets and alleys become bumpy after the rain.
Many traffic users don’t obey the traffic rules. They usually drive and ride very dangerously.
As a result, there are traffic accidents every dav in this city.

In Ha Noi, the number of death by traffic accident is considered as large as the number of death by plague. There's about more than 30 people die everyday.
With the traffic conditions in Ha Noi, accident is object to happen. The roads are too narrow to travel easily. Moreover, many pot-holes can appear everywhere to threaten the goers. On the roads, there're sometimes the illogical roundabouts. They are not only useless, but also make the traffic more chao. To solve this problem, we only have one way, it's improving the road. However, it is impossible for the government to widen the roads because of limited land. Whenever theroads are repaired, the traffic is more dangerous with the unfinished structures. People still travel on the repairing roads, and the roads are more and more narrow. We also can build the tunnels but it is very costly. Viet Nam has to borrow money from other countries and no one knows when the government can pay it back. As you know, Ha Noi is a monsoonal tropical country, it has a lot of rain every year. During the rainy season, the roads are flooded because all the waste pipes are stuck by rubbish and become very dirty.
In addition, the tense of Ha Noi people is poor. The roads in the cities are choked with so many vehicles such as motorbikes, bicycles, taxies, buses, cyclos and pedestrians because people do not follow the laws well. They even don't obey the traffic lights or signs. Children are taught about traffic laws while adults are breaking it. Now, the government gives many new strict laws to improve the present posture. Polices are more active than they used to. Everyone travel on
motorbike wears helmet naturally without any enforcement. The traffic is better and better day by day.
In conclusion, with many measures now, the traffic in Ha Noi will be good one day. The poor conditions Ha Noi can solve this problem by the development of economic.

Trong mùa mưa, những con đường đang bị ngập lụt bởi vì tất cả các ống dẫn chất thải đang bị mắc kẹt bởi rác và trở nên rất bẩn.
Ngoài ra, tình hình của người Hà Nội nói chung là nghèo. Các con đường trong thành phố đều đông nghẹt với rất nhiều loạixe như xe máy, xe đạp, taxi, xe buýt, xe xích lô và người đi bộ bởi vì người dân không tuân theo các qui định. Họ thậm chí không tuân theo đèn giao thông hoặc các dấu hiệu. Trẻ em được dạy về luật giao thông trong khi người lớn đang phávỡ nó. Bây giờ, chính phủ đưa ra nhiều luật lệ nghiêm ngặt mới để cải thiện tình hình hiện tại. Công an luôn tích cực hơnso với trước đây. Mọi người đi xe máy đội mũ bảo hiểm một cách tự nhiên mà không có bất kỳ sự ép buộc nào. Các giao thông đang tốt hơn và tốt hơn từng ngày.
Kết luận, với nhiều biện pháp nghiệp vụ, giao thông tại Hà Nội sẽ trở nên tốt hơn vào một ngày nào đó. Tình trạng nghèo nàn ở Hà Nội là vấn đề có thể giải quyết bởi sự phát triển của nền kinh tế.

So, the first thing that comes to mind when we talk about traffic laws, is that hunk of metal & whatever that is careening down the road with you or me at the wheel is every bit as dangerous as a hand gun or an M16 or whatever.
We don’t treat it like that, do we.
Uhhhmmm…. I come to a full stop at stop signs and red lights, (even if I’m turning right, and I don’t actually SEE a cop car, because a ticket costs me both court costs, and a hike on my insurance). Haven’t got one of those in years.
I think I’ve been “at partial fault” for one accident, that was a result of my car having a mechanical failure on the interstate, (snapped something in the suspension or something, I only deal with the gas tank, regular service and necessary operational activities of driving), (causing it to spin on a dry road, and some idiot trying to maneuver around my disabled vehicle at high speed).
Haven’t bought a used car since. That option isn’t available to everyone.
I try to stay not much over the speed limit for more reasons than that. Keeping the speed a tad lower than 75 (okay, 60), saves on gas, but you weren’t asking that.
I never pass when the lines on the road forbid it, because those lines are there for a reason. They tell me, as the terrain does, that I wouldn’t see the oncoming car on that two-laner on the back road, till it was too late.
Those lines are there because some folk just can’t see curves and hills, I guess.
At a four way stop, I always let the one turning right turn right before I turn left. No need for the aggravation, when right of way is, actually, right of way.
I’m not stupid enough to think every driver gets these rules, so I’ve given myself a couple extra minutes to account for … um… other drivers. I’m getting there, if I’m late, it wasn’t because of the other driver unless his car got involved with her car, and I have to wait for the EMS to deal with the whole thing, because somebody else wasn’t following the traffic rules, and the results had to be dealt with.
I could go on. The traffic laws are there because there is a significant portion of the human population who drive who are too stupid to think about what’s over the friggin hill.
Don’t get me started on why we shouldn’t use our cell phones, other devices, while we drive. I won’t stop my passenger from speaking, but I had to make a rule with my daughter, when she was a teen, that if she asked me for something while I was driving, the answer was, eternally, NO.
I have more rules in my book than the law does, because I do actually understand how lethal the damn thing I’m driving is.
Personally, it is my observation that our driver’s license test is too slack, as are our rules, it takes far more to get a license in the UK or Germany than it does here, with good reason.
If you have to ask why we obey the flippin simple laws we have for driving here, you probably should move somewhere you don’t have to do that.
We need more public transportation.
Right now, the traffic is very developed, so there are new traffic laws starting to come in. They are all laws, so we have to obey them. to go side by side in accordance with the regulations of the country When riding a motor vehicle, you need to wear a helmet to protect your head.
