MOTHER TERESA
Mother Teresa of Calcutta has often been described as a saint. She devoted her whole life to charity work, looking after the poor and the sick. The Queen of Crete had her own apartment in the palace with her own bathroom. Her clay bathtub looked much like bathtubs do today. It was painted inside with pictures of tall water grasses. Nowadays, visitors can see the ancient plumbing system that was not equaled until modern time.
