Second grade textbooks, notebooks and comics are placed in separate compartments on the bookshelf. Every night after I finished studying, I put up the chairs and rearranged the desk to be neat. Last year, I won the title of excellent student. The certificate of merit was hung neatly by my father in the corner of the study as a reminder to me to try harder.

Cell phone, You are one of the most important things in my life. You keep me in touch with my family and friends. Even if I don’t want to text I can always call or go on the internet to contact my friends that don’t have a cell phone. Cell phone, you are a wonderful thing to have because you can help me when I am lost.
Everytime i have free time, i can play games with you or listen to music, read the news, even i can learn everything on the internet via yours.
I would never ask you to change better. However, if you do, I would like a version of you that looks better and are more thin, enough for my hands. I want you to become an iphone 6. I would like you gold or white.
I can’t go one day without you, contacting my friends and family is so important to me. I can text or call anyone, anywhere when I have you in my hands. Cell phone, without you, I would sit at home waiting for the phone to ring, or even go into my room and look for someone I want to call. With you I can have my plans, contacts and information all in one thing and not lose anything. I just want to say, I am so thankful to have you.

As I approach the island on which my dream house awaits, I catch a quick
glimpse of it. It is huge, and is the most noticeable building in the area. My
private plane lands on the air strip next to the house. I get out of the plane
and start my journey through a heavily wooded path leading to my dream house.
I walk with anxiety toward the house at which I will spend the rest of my life.
All around me lie the most beautiful trees and plants you have ever seen. It
is peaceful but you can hear the sounds of birds chirping and small forest
creatures frolicking in the under brush. As I continue to walk along the path
the end starts to appear. I now see my house for the first time up close.
Nothing could have prepared me for the moment I was about to experience.
My house that I designed is all I imagined and more. It is a four story
dream on a huge fifteen acre lot. As I approach the stairs at the entrance to
the house I am surrounded by four columns leading to the most elegant doors I
have ever seen. They are made of mahogany and have a stained glass window in
the center. The handles and the frame is made of brass. As I continue around
the house I come across three windows overlooking the entrance to the house.
There are black shutters on each window. As the porch continues to the south
side of the house I am now looking over the Pacific Ocean. A huge eight foot
picture is facing the same way I am. As I look down and observe the ocean I
see two piers jutting out into the Pacific. On either side of the piers are
huge boulders protecting the coast line from erosion. The house's walls are
made of stucco and it has an old fashion shingles that are a clay color.
As I walk into the back yard I am surrounded by the best things a man
could ever want. Well not quite everything! But a lot of things. I walk
toward the road and I first come across a basketball court. To the left of the
basket ball court is a tennis court. There is a bar in between the two to take
a break at between games. On the opposite side of the yard there is an in
ground swimming pool that is connected to the pool inside the house. As my
journey comes to a close I notice a white gazebo off to the east of the house.
It is in a position such that you can see anyone entering or leaving the lot if
you are sitting in it.
As my plane leaves to go home to pack I take one last look at the house.
I think to myself, "Yes this is my dream house, My dream house."

Of all my needed things, my laptop is a special object giving me the greatestimpression because it is a present from my parents. Laptop is a very useful toolfor work and study so I feel very happy when I got it.My laptop’s monitor is a 15-inch crystal-clear HD screen. It is about 38centimeters in length and 20 centimeters in width, which has a box-like shape.The dominant color of it is black with strings of outstanding red letters. I have thelaptop protected by a special cover to protect it from dirt and scratches. I do notdecorate it because I think the original black color is the most attractive. I usuallytake out the battery from the laptop, which is an easy process, to save battery lifeand use the electric source instead.When I was eight years old, my parents bought me a computer so I can learnhow to utilize modern technology as a tool for my studying. However, when I waspresented laptop, I realized that a laptop is much more portable and convenientthan a computer. I can carry it anywhere I want and access the Internet by usingthe wireless technology. Now, I can easily download English software also studymaterials to improve my English skills. Đố các bạn ngồi học mà không có bàn được đấy. Chắc chắn sẽ chẳng có ai có thể ngồi như thế đâu nhỉ? Chính vì lẽ đó mà vô tình chiếc bàn đã trở nên thân thiết với học sinh chúng ta. Tớ cũng có một chiếc bàn học đấy, các bạn có muốn biết về bạn ấy không? Vì tớ có rất nhiều sách vở nên bố mẹ tớ đã chọn mua cho tớ một chiếc bàn học thật to.
Bàn ấy được kê thật ngay ngắn ở góc phòng học của tớ. Bàn được làm từ gỗ xoan đào, khoác bên ngoài một chiếc áo với những đường vân gỗ nổi lên thật giống với những dải lụa. Ngoài ra, bạn bàn của tớ còn được đánh véc ni bóng loáng, trông rõ đẹp. Mặt bàn rất láng và phẳng, có màu nâu nhạt hơi nghiêng về phía tớ ngồi. Bàn có bốn chân, chống đỡ bốn góc, mỗi chân có bốn cạnh, phần trên ăn vào bốn gọc, kéo thẳng như thả dọi xuống mặt đất. Các cạnh của chân bàn được gọt thu dần lại, phía dưới chỉ còn bằng một nửa phần trên khiến cho cái bàn thanh thoát hẳn lên Không những thế, bạn còn giúp tớ nhiều việc lắm đó. Đó chính là sáu ngăn của bàn. Mỗi ngăn đều được phân chia rất rõ ràng, chính vì thế mà tớ chẳng bao giờ sợ nhầm ngăn này với ngăn kia. Hai ngăn ở bên trái và phải là nơi ở của sách. Hai ngăn ở giữa là nơi cư trú của vở. Còn hai ngăn ở phía trên là nơi tớ để những loại sách tham khảo và các loại truyện đọc. Ngoài ra, bàn còn có một ngăn kéo rất thuận tiện, tớ thường để những bài kiểm tra và giấy tờ quan trọng vào trong đó. Mỗi khi về đến nhà, nhìn thấy bàn là tớ lại muốn ngồi học luôn. không chỉ có bàn là bạn thân thôi mà luôn sát cánh bên tớ và bàn là bạn ghế. Bạn ấy cũng được tạo nên bởi gỗ và có bộ quần áo y trang bàn, trông hai bạn ấy thật ngộ nghĩnh! Bàn luôn giúp tớ ngồi học một cách thoải mái, vào mỗi buổi sáng tớ vừa học, vừa nghe tiếng chim hót trong trẻo ngoài vườn và nhìn những tia nắng sớm dịu dàng chen qua kẽ lá, nhảy nhót trên mặt bàn như nô đùa với tớ. Chính điều đó đã tạo cho tớ một cảm hứng để học tốt hơn!
Trải qua đã gần bốn năm rồi, bàn và ghế - người bạn thân thiết của tớ, giúp tớ đạt những danh hiệu học sinh giỏi và dù cho có lớn lên, có học cao hơn nữa thì hai bạn ấy sẽ luôn là người bạn giúp tớ đi tới những chân trời mơ ước.

I received a very precious gift from my sister on my 24th birthday. It was a laptop. My sister has always been very generous, but this time even I was surprised by her generosity. I could have never envisaged that she would give me such an expensive gift. At first I told refused to accept it as I believe it was an extravagant expenditure, but on her persistent persuasion I had to accept this expensive gift.
It is so difficult to describe the laptop in words, but I would just tell you something about. It was an i3 and it has a black color. I don't know the price of the laptop as it was a gift but it has been priceless for me. Whenever someone looks at the laptop the person asks me about the laptop and tells me how good it is. I am not person an IT professionals so I would not be able to explain this electronic device in the most proper way, but I still want to say that it is not only stylish but also useful.
This gift has been very beneficial for me. It has helped me both educationally and socially. I use my laptop whenever I have to do an assignment or report. I also talk or communicate with my friends by using different websites and applications. I can say that my life would have been boring and slow if I had not had this beautiful gift. That is the reason I always tell my sister how thankful I am to her for giving me suck a useful thing which has actually helped me a lot.

Vào năm học được ít ngày, bố mua cho em một chiếc xe đạp mới tinh và đẹp lắm. Em mừng vui vô cùng, gặp bạn nào thân thiết em cũng muốn khoe.
Thật đúng là một chiếc xe còn mới tinh. Em thấy nó còn xinh xắn hơn cả chiếc xe mini Trung Quốc của chị Hai.
Bố chọn chiếc xe có nước sơn màu xanh ngọc dịu dàng, màu sắc mà em yêu thích. Hai vành xe sáng bóng soi được cả ngón tay khi em chùi vào. Những chiếc nan hoa bé nhỏ nhưng thật cứng tỏa ra hết cả vòng tròn bánh xe, trong thật vui mắt. Người thợ khéo tay còn gắn ở một bên tay lái chú Hugô dễ thương làm bằng thiếc mỏng. Cái chuông gắn một bên tay lái kia, thỉnh thoảng kêu "kính coong, kính coong..." thật tinh nghịch và vui tai. Bên phải của bánh xe sau có cái chân chống vững chắc, tiện lợi khi dựng xe mà xe không bị đổ xuống, em thấy thật yên tâm! Khi đạp xe, những tiếng ro ro của chiếc xích xe khiến em cảm thấy con đường đến trường như ngắn lại. Chiếc xe thật khỏe, vì có lúc nó chở cả em và bạn Dũng mà vẫn chạy bon bon trên đường làng. Khi gặp nơi đông người, cái phanh xe gắn ngay phía dưới tay em cầm lái giúp em điều khiển xe rất dễ dàng. Em yêu chiếc xe đạp lắm. Em gọi nó là "người bạn tốt".
Hàng ngày, em vẫn dành thời gian để lau chùi chiếc xe đạp thân thiết. Vì thế, hơn một năm trôi qua mà chiếc xe vẫn còn mới lắm. Chiếc xe đã gắn bó với bước chân đến trường của em, vì thế, càng yêu quý chiếc xe bao nhiêu em càng biết ơn tình yêu thương, sự quan tâm của gia đình dành cho em bấy nhiêu.

Để chuẩn bị bước vào năm học mới, mẹ mua cho em quyển sách Tiếng Việt 5, tập một và tập hai.
- Thân bài:
+ Tả bao quát:
Quyển sách Tiếng Việt 5, tập hai mới xinh xắn làm sao, sách hình chữ nhật. Bìa sách được trang trí bằng nhiều màu sắc. Mặt bìa láng bóng. Quyển sách có mùi thơm của giấy mới và màu mực in.
+ Tả các bộ phận của đồ vật:
Quyển sách khá dày, gồm 176 trang. Bìa sách là màu xanh da trời, phía trên in hai chữ Tiếng Việt 5, tập hai. Phía dưới là bức tranh có các bạn người Kinh, người dân tộc đang nói chuyện vui vẻ với nhau. Phía trước các bạn là những người nông dân đang miệt mài trồng lúa, cày bừa. Phía xa một ngôi làng nhỏ mái ngói đỏ tươi nấp sau những rừng cây xanh tốt. Xa nữa là biển cả mênh mông, từng đoàn tàu đánh cá ra khơi. Trên bầu trời trong xanh, đàn hải âu đang chao liệng.
Lật sách ra, trang thứ nhất là tên các tác giả của cuốn sách và một lần nữa chữ TIẾNG VIỆT 5, tập hai lại được lặp lại, có lẽ là để nhắc nhở chúng em hãy học tập tốt bộ môn Tiếng Việt.
Trang ba là một bức tranh vẽ các bạn thiếu niên đang xếp hàng bỏ phiếu, nét mặt ai cùng rạng rỡ, vui vẻ. Phía trên ghi chủ điểm: NGƯỜI CÔNG DÂN.
Trang bốn là chữ Tuần 19 với bài tập đọc Người công dân số Một. Những trang giấy đều thuộc loại tốt nên chữ đen nổi bật trên nền giấy trắng tinh. Để thuận tiện cho việc học tập, sách đã sắp xếp khéo léo các bài học theo từng chủ điểm, từng tuần học, từng phân môn. Ngoài nội dung bằng chữ, sách còn ghép các bức tranh minh hoạ sinh động giúp các em hứng thú hơn trong học tập.
Trong các bài học, em thích nhất bài tập đọc Những cánh buồm. Bài thơ bộc lộ cảm xúc tự hào của người cha khi thấy con mình cũng ấp ủ những ước mơ đẹp như ước mơ của mình thời thơ ấu; ca ngợi ước mơ khám phá cuộc sống của trẻ thơ, những ước mơ làm cho cuộc sống không ngừng tốt đẹp hơn.
- Kết bài: Cảm nghĩ của em.
Em và quyển sách đã trở thành người bạn thân thiết ngay từ những ngày đầu. Mỗi khi học bài xong, em đều cất nó cẩn thận vào cặp sách. Mai này dù lên lớp 6, em vẫn xem quyển sách ấy là người bạn tri kỉ giúp em có kiến thức bước vào ngưỡng cửa cấp II.
