Though I don’t have much time at home, I try my best to do something to help my family. I take out the garbage, dust the room, make my bed and pick up books and toys that are lying on the floor. I also help my mother with cooking dinner and my family likes my food so much. Sometimes I ask my family members if they need help. If I have more time stay at home, I would love to help my family with more housework.

Today, traffic jams and traffic accidents are very big problems in our country. So what should we do to reduce traffic jams and traffic accidents?

There are many following reasons of traffic jams. First, the roads are very narrow. There are too many cars and motorbikes. Second, people don't obey traffic rules. So, what are the solutions to improve traffic jams? First, they have to widen the roads. Second, ask people to obey traffic rules, such as: stop when the lights red, go when the lights green. There are lots of traffic accidents because of many reasons. First, people drive fast or carelessly. It is very easy to have accidents. Second, people don't obey the traffic rules. Third, they don't wear helmets. So, what is the solutions for this problem? First, they should drive or ride more carefully. Second, people should obey traffic rules and always wear helmets when they drive cars.

In sum, you should wear helmet, drive carefully and obey the traffic rules to reduce traffic jams and traffic accidents.

I do several things to help my family on a regular basis. One of the most important ways I contribute is by taking on household chores. I help with tasks such as cleaning the house, doing the laundry, and washing the dishes. By taking responsibility for these chores, I alleviate some of the burden from my parents and ensure that our home remains clean and organized. Additionally, I assist with grocery shopping and meal preparation. I often accompany my parents to the supermarket, help them choose the items we need, and carry the bags back home. I also enjoy cooking and take pleasure in preparing meals for my family. This not only saves my parents time and effort but also allows us to enjoy delicious and healthy homemade meals together. Furthermore, I provide emotional support to my family members. I am always there to lend a listening ear, offer advice, or simply provide a comforting presence when someone is going through a tough time. I believe that being there for each other is crucial in maintaining a strong and loving family bond. A person with good health and fitness becomes able to live his/her life to its fullest extent. It is very important for a person in life to be physically and mentally fit to live a healthy and happy life. Healthy and fit people become less prone to the medical conditions. Fitness does not mean to be physically fit only, it also means with healthy mental state of the person. One can get healthy mental state if he/she becomes physically fit. The simple way to remain healthy and fit is having stress free mind with regular exercise and balanced diet. People who maintain their ideal weight become less prone to the cardiac and other health problems. People who are physically active can easily maintain a relaxed state of mind. Healthy and fit people can easily face all the ups and downs of their life and less affected by any drastic change.
