My best friend is someone special whom I can share my all feelings. He is John. He lives with me as my neighbour in the same colony. We met each other in the nursery class on the very first day. We sit together in the classroom and share everything very happily without any problem. We know each other very well as well as understand each other’s need. He is leadership in nature, tall, fair in complexion, good looking and smart. He is very good in studies and behaves well with everyone. He does his class work and homework very attentively. He is favourite student of class teacher as he is very punctual and follows all the etiquettes.
He respects my feelings and helps me always. Many things of us hobbies, s, diss, etc are similar. We love to listen music, watching cartoons and playing carom at home. We take care of each other in the school and playground. We share school copies and help each other whenever one of us remain absent in the school. We go at tour and picnic with our parents together in every winter and summer vacation.

My secondary school is a place that bears all the hallmarks of my childhood memories. It is placed in the center of my district. Surrounded by a paddy-field, it enjoys lined- trees and colorful garden, which creates a wonderful view. Moreover, this school was designed with a large- scale plan. It is a 2 storied building of u shape with capacity of 1000 people and it was invested heavily in infrastructures with well- equipped classrooms. In a good environment, students are given many precious chances to discover and develop their inner talents. Besides modern facilities, this school is also well- known for enthusias and qualified teachers who are always dedicated and devoted themselves to teaching career. In conclusion, studied in this school for four years, it has become an indispensable part in my life.

As a traditional family in Vietnam, I have a big one. My family has 5 members, including Mom, Dad, Grandma, sister, and me. My mom’s name is Giang. She has long hair and black eyes. She is a teacher. My Dad’s name is Trung. He is tall and very strong. His job is doctor. For me, my mom is the most beautiful woman, and my dad is the most wonderful man. And my grandma’s name is Tam. She is 95 years old, and next 5 years, we will organize the 100th longevity wishing ceremony, and I look forward to taking part in this ceremony. Besides, another woman who I love so much is my sister. Her name is Linh. She is 26 years old, and she is a beautiful woman Mom. Now, she is living in Ha Noi capital, because of her jobs. I really love my family, and I hope that we are always together anyway.

Over time we live and develop, each of us will choose a unique habit. My friends have a habit of playing games on the weekends. Personally, I have a habit of reading in my free time every day. This habit of mine is formed from the shape of my hobby. Since childhood I have enjoyed reading. The types of books that I often read are books about life, manners, and economics. Ever since I could read, I have always enjoyed reading. However, when I was a kid, the kind of books I read were usually comic books. Currently, studying time is quite busy so I don’t have a fixed time for reading. However, whenever I have time I will read. I usually carry a book that I am half-reading in my bag. This ensures I can read ns anywhere and at any suitable time. I think the habit of reading has helped me improve myself a lot. In the future I will keep this useful habit. If you are free, you can practice reading habits like me.

My name is Tien and I’m a Vietnamese. I am eleven years old. I live in Ha Nam Province in the North of Vietnam.
I have a big family with six people. I have a sister and a brother. My sister is younger and my brother is younger than me. My father is a carpenter . My mother is a housewife. She is nice and she is really good at cooking. I love my family so much .
I’m a generous and easy-going person but when it comes to work I’m a competitive perfectionist. I’m also an optimis and outgoing person so I have many friends and other social relationships. I enjoy reading, writing and doing math. I decided to become a Civil Engineer because I have always been fascinated by bridges, buildings, and skyscrapers. A degree in Civil Engineering enables me to achieve my goals and also gives me an opportunity to make a difference in the community.
Five years from now, I want to become a project manager of a construction project. As a project manager, my primary goals are managing people, set budgets, and making decisions of all kinds. I also want to speak English fluently so I can work with people from different countries.

My favorite movie of all time is Titanic. It is the best love story I have ever watched. I watched this movie many times but I never got tired watching it. Whenever I watch it, I always cry.
The reasons I like it so much are the grand scenery and the romantic content. The film is about the love story of Rose Dewitt Bukater and Jack Dawson. Jack was a free-spirited poor young man but he got a ticket for a luxurious ship, Titanic. Rose was from the American upper class and was engaged to a man. She was reluctant to marry him. She met Jack in Titanic and they fell deeply in love even there was a huge gap between them.
Titanic was headed to America from England. However, the ship crashed into an iceberg on the way. The side of it broke up and the ship was flooded. Not everyone could escape safely. Many people dead include Jack. Rose was survived because Jack helped her to climb on a boat. Jack sacrificed himself for Rose. Although It was only a classical sad love story, it encompassed a large range of emotions, laughter, rage, terror and the feeling of deep love. I was touched and especially appreciate the love between them. They both tried to save each other. It showed the power of love could do everything.
I think the movie had the exellent content which was based on a real story. The two main actor and actress Leonardo and Kate had an outstanding performance. Beside, the scenery and the stage properties really made me amazed. From the big ship to the small cushions at Rose’s room, they were all delicate. Last but not least, the great theme song “My heart will go on” by Celine Dion marked the end of the story. Even Jack leave Rose forever, her heart will keep going on.
This is the best movie I have ever watched. No wonder why Titanic already won 11 Academy Awards. I recommend that everyone should watch this movie at least once.

Bên cạnh đó, các bối cảnh và dàn dựng hiện trường thực sự làm tôi ngạc nhiên. Từ con tàu lớn đến những chiếc đệm nhỏ ở phòng của Rose, tất cả đều tinh tế. Cuối cùng nhưng không thể không nhắc, bài hát chủ đề tuyêt vời “My heart will go on” của Celine Dion ở cuối câu chuyện. Ngay cả Jack đã rời bỏ Rose mãi mãi, trái tim của cô sẽ tiếp tục yêu.
Đây là bộ phim hay nhất mà tôi từng xem. Không ngạc nhiên tại sao Titanic đã giành đến 11 giải Oscar. Tôi khuyên mọi người nên xem bộ phim này ít nhất một lần.

My favorite movie is cartoon “Tom and Jerry”. Tom is a cat with blue and white color. He keeps the house for a normal family and has a very free life. His job is chasing Jerry day by day. Jerry is a brown house mouse. He usually lives in the deep cave behind the wall. Although they hate each other so much and always find ways to hurt opponent but when Tom or Jerry falls into really dangerous situations, then both become another savior. The film is an endless confrontation between Tom and Jerry, bring plenty of laughter for the audiences. I love this film because when I watch it I feel very glad, feeling like returned to childhood.

The environtment is very important for our life, our health and our future. If you want to have a good health, you must live in a good environment. Countryside is the best example because there aren’t many factories and there are many trees in the countryside so the air is very fresh. It makes you feel comfortable and healthy.But today, the environment is the ho'est problem in the world because it is polluted by people who live in it- the main reason which causes the environmental pollu)on. The water becomes dirty and becovered by trash. The factories decant chemistry into stream, river and sea. Fishes, sea plants are died and +oat on the water surface. Many trees in the forest are cut down to make furnitures. Peoplethrow trash onto the water, the street or in the park. In addi)on, the weather is very hot and don’t have any rain in the long )me. There are many other reasons which make environmental pollu)on.Environmental pollu)on is not good for your healthy. It is the cause which makes illness and cancer like respiratory disease, lung cancer,etc… and you may die soon. So people have to do everything that is possible to reduce the pollu)on, protect the environment. Reusing, reducing and recycling arethe best ways.• When you buy some food in the market, the sellers usually give you plas)c bags to put the food in. Then, when you come home, you take the food out and throw the plas)c bags away. You know, the plas)c bags are di2cult to be burned. So now, please don’t do that, you can wash and use them for the next )me. It’s reusing.• Trees are very useful. They give us the oxygen and make the air clean. But everyyear, many trees are cut down illegally. We should avoid this situa)on. Reducing your family’s domes)c waste is a good idea and I think it’s necessary to do that. Because the waste is very dirty and solving waste is always the ho'est problem that always need the solu)ons.• The last, you can recycle the paper, cans, )ns,ect… which are used. I have a closest friend and her name is Mary. She is twelve years old and she is a student at Le Loi secondary school. She s listening to music and she often listen it in her free time.Her favorite subject is English and she good at learning English. Every day she and I go to school together because we are classmates.In the afternoon, she stays at home, so she helps her mother with the housework. I have a bestfiend and also a neighborhood whoes name is Tuan. His age is the same as mine but he looks older than me. Because he’s very tall and thin, everybody calls him “a palm”. Tuan has a short curly hair and beautiful chestnut brown eyes that appeal of many girls. He is a person of very few words that makes him to be a good listener. Anyone, who has ever contacted with Tuan, thinks about him as a glacial boy. In fact he’s really warm and nice. He’s willing to help people whenever possible. When I was in secondary school, I found Math was very difficult to understand but Tuan solved the Math problems so fast. He spent all seven nights of weeks to help me in Math while he could go out to relax. Tuan was a good all-rounder exception English. Most of the teachers in school and parents highly appreaciated his talent. Only a month ago, he received two full scholarships from America Government to study oversea but he has not yet decided whether he should go or not. Although he has not spent much time to take part in sport activities, he is a well football player. We were in Ha Noi Young Football Team when we were in grade 10. Everything seems perfect to my bestfriend but he’s very modest and always talks to himself to give more effort. I’m proud of Tuan and pray for the good things beside him forever.

After stress and pressure in life, one always has a place to come back called home. I love decorating my own bedroom. My bedroom is on the second floor near my parents’ bedroom. There is a double bed for my younger sister and me. I usually lie above her so that it is easier for me to study late at night without annoying her. The room has a big wood wardrobe, which contains all of our clothes such as: dress, jean, t-shirt and sock. Beside, my mother bought us a dressing table on my 15th birthday; therefore, I put all the makeup-stuff and bandeau here. In the corner stand a large bookshelf in order to store books, academic document as well as family passe-partout. Next to it is a table with a desktop so as to help us investigate more knowledge on the internet. My sister and I really enjoy decorating the room with sker such as: mickey, boo bear, hello kitty, angry bird and so on. Beside, we also sk glow-in-the-dark tape on the ceiling and it turn out to light when darkness comes. Moreover, the room is designed with pink and deep blue so it brings us cozy and fresh feeling when putting step into it. The bathroom is in my room too. It is quite small but always clean and restful as we tidy it up every week. My father suggests having a bathtub; however, we don’t agree since we enjoy having a shower instead of lying in tub. Bedroom is a resting place after a hard studying day; hence we always clean it up so that it is neat and comfortable.

My hobby is watching TV. I like very much to watch TV in my free time. Watching TV is my hobby however it never interfere with my study. First I prefer to complete my school home works and study well then I watch TV. I think I have a good hobby because watching TV provides me good knowledge in many areas. I generally see news and discovery channels including animal planet on the TV. I also watch good cartoons which give me new and creative ideas to make arts and cartoons. My parents appreciate my hobby and they become very happy when they listen all the latest news through me in my voice.
Now, I am 14 years old and read in class 3rd standard however I develop this hobby from early childhood. Watching TV in right ways plays very important roles in our lives. It benefits a lot if used in creative ways. It keeps us update about all the news and happenings going out all across the world. Having knowledge about the happenings has become the necessity of the modern society because of huge level of competition. It provides lot of benefits because it improves our knowledge as well gives information maintain our life style. There are various new programs on TV which are specially relay to increase our awareness about worldwide affairs. There are various subjective programs about history, maths, economics, science, geography, culture, etc relay to increase our knowledge

I love watching TV in my free time very much. Watching Television is my indoor hobby however it never interferes with my study at school or at home. I always prefer to finish my school home work and learn well then I can have time to watch TV. I always think watching TV is a good hobby because it can provide me good knowledge in many other areas.
