My Hobby
My favourite hobby is reading. I enjoy reading a book when I am free. I started to do it when I was four years old. The first time I did it, I felt interested. So I kept reading. The teachers always taught me to read the difficult words. I was happy when I read a story with a happy ending. I was thrilled when I read a detective story. I enjoy reading because I like to explore the imaginative world of my favourite author, J.K.Rowling who writes “ Harry Potter” . There are a lot of advantages of reading. Reading can make me relaxed and calm. I can also learn new vocabulary items. Then I can further improve my English. Moreover, it can give me an unlimited imagination, so I can write books in the future. I can learn the different cultures and customs of other countries in the world too. I read at least one hour every day. I read books by myself. I usually read it at home. I wish I could read different kinds of books because it might be very challenging.
Community :
I am a member of my hometowns community band which plays in the summer every week in the park downtown for the entertainment of families and their children. We also play holiday concerts at the local highschool with the high school band members. The community band also travels to retirement homes and we play for the elderly for the holidays and special occasions.
I helped rebuild my towns childrens community center. I also got to paint the murals that are on the walls still to this day.
I volunteered in cleaning up our park, fixing and repainting the gazebo where my community band plays.
Those are the only ones I can think of right now.

Dear Lien Ai,
I'm in the second day of my dream holiday in Dalat. Cool climate, rich natural and human resources, this is truly a dream city. I am currently staying at a hotel. I visited Tran Le Xuan Palace, Truc Lam Zen Monastery, Hang Nga Villa or XQ Su Quan, the campus of Da Lat Railway Station, attractive tourist attractions. And I also participate in the Da Lat flower festival, where hundreds of different flowers are displayed. I am very happy and content right now, because I get to visit such a wonderful place.

Volunteering gives you an opportunity to change people's lives, including your own. It gives you the satisfaction of playing a role in someone else's life, helping people who may not be able to help themselves. Volunteering is a way of giving back to your community while developing important social skills, and gaining valuable work experience all at the same time.
But how can I get a job if all they want is experience, you ask? That's where volunteering comes in. If you're looking for work, volunteering is a good way to gain experience and references for your course of life. Many people work unpaid in order to gain experience in very competitive fields such as television, but some people may not describe them as volunteers. Well then, what exactly is "volunteering"? Many would describe it as any unpaid job, which involves spending time doing something that aims to benefit others. In that case, volunteering at an animal hospital, for instance, would be a great opportunity. We've all seen the stories on TV about animals in need. This is where you take charge of your life and contribute a little of your time and energy into helping others. You're bound to get more out of it than you put in.
There are so many beneficial ways of getting involved in and giving back to your community. Not only is volunteering a rewarding experience, but it helps teenagers' reputations. By giving up a few hours of your day to clean up the local community park, you may bring a lifetime of happiness in some child's life. Or provide shelter and warmth to a family who lives on the streets by volunteering to help in building them a home. Why not spend a little time helping others, because in the end, what goes around comes around.
We should do something useful for socicty. I and my friends usually plant more trees and flowers behind the school yard, raising money for the handicapped, association propagating about the envirmment and help the disadcantaged in the neighborhoad.
