I like to eat many different kinds of food, but my favorite one of all time is Pho. Pho is already a so famous food of Vietnam, and most people will immediately think of it when we mention about Vietnamese cuisine. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has featuring smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, etc; and the most important thing are the bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty stock, and then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not like other kinds of noodle. It is made from rice flour, and it is thicker than the others. After pouring the stock into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. I like to eat rare beef slices and meat ball, and they are also the basic toppings that Vietnamese people like to choose. We finish the bowl with some basil, coriander, bean sprout and black pepper. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho like egg and blood in boiling stock. All of them create a harmonious flavor that can attract even the strictest eaters. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the national dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat. I have been eating Pho for about 20 years, and I will continue to choose it as my favorite food forever.

People , who feel lucky and have a good life, share the feelings of the poor, the injured, the disabled……….and so on. Thus, they want to share with them difficulties and sadness, give small helps to them which can help them overcome troubles. They want to bring happiness to poor and disabled children as well as boys who no longer have fathers and girls who no longer have mothers. They want to help these children be gone to school and teach them things which they usually learn from their parents. Besides, they take care of old and sick people because they consider them as their relatives and hope to help them pass over loneliness and sickness. They also want to their kids about humanity. They teach them to love and help others. Secondly, people do volunteer work because it is their interest in free time, perhaps.” Instead of listening to music or playing games….. we like to do volunteer works. It is really interesting and we can also help others.” Some people shared. Thirdly, some people do it because it is their work. These people usually work in voluntary organizations. They are paid for it. The fourth reason, people who not only want to help but they also train their ability in activities of society, do volunteer work. They think it can both help others and train themselves. They also find out friends or people who have sympathy with them. 1. To be honest, I have volunteered once when I was in high school. I joined the volunteer club of my school. We raised fund to help people in area affected by flood in our hometown.

In Vietnam, almost everyone, has been a volunteer work and I have too. At my age, I have not been donate blood so I often donate books, toys and clothes for street children and homeless people. I often do this work with my mother. Latest here on Sunday, I with my mother was used to donate books and clothes for a charity organization. In here, I met the orphans children. I played with them. Then I gave candies to them. They were all very happy.Some people think doing volunteer work is waste of time but in my opinion, doing volunteer work help me relax after school and it help me healthy. When I doing this work, I feel very happy to bring happiness to them.
