Some people believe doing sport at school is a distraction from more important work. But it depends much on how we do sport and what solutions we have.
In my opinion, doing sports at school is not a distraction from more important work. Instead, physical activity can have a positive impact on students' academic performance and overall well-being. However, it is important to find a balance between sports and academic work to ensure that neither suffers.
One way to integrate sports into school life without causing problems for studies is to schedule sports activities during breaks or before/after school hours. This could include sports clubs or teams, intramural sports, or even just encouraging students to take a walk during their lunch break. Schools could also offer physical education classes that focus on the benefits of exercise and how to make it a regular part of a healthy lifestyle.
Moreover, research has shown that physical activity can help students concentrate better, reduce stress levels, and improve their mental health. Therefore, schools could also consider offering mindfulness or yoga classes, which incorporate both physical activity and mental relaxation techniques.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that sports should be an integral part of school life. By finding ways to incorporate physical activity into students' schedules, we can promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle without sacrificing academic success.

My brother's favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing his home work at home, he generally spends his lot of free time in playing football. He was so interested to play football from his childhood however started learning to play well when he was 5 years old. My brother was in one class when he was 5 years old. My father asked to his class teacher in the PTM about his hobby of football. And his teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school from class 1 so he can admit your child. Now, he really enjoys playing football and participate in the inter-school competitions.

My sister’s favorite hobby is playing badminton in her spare time. After completing her homework at home, she generally spends almost her free time in playing badminton. She was so interested to play badminton from his childhood, however, she started learning to play well when she was 10 years old. My sister was in one class when he was 10 years old. My father asked one of his friends, who is a well-trained badminton player about her hobby. Hey guys. Today I wanna tell you about my partner’s daily routine. My partner is Trang. In the morning, she gets up and does exercise at half past five o’clock. She usually gets breakfast with noodles or bread. Then she goes to school at seven o’clock by bike. Her class finished at 11.30 and she always gets home to have lunch with her family at 12.00. She has extra classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon. When she doesn’t have extra classes, Trang usually tidies her room and does her homework. In her free-time, she relaxes by listening to music, watching videos or chatting with her friends. At the weekend, she goes shopping or goes coffee with her parents once or twice a week. In the evening, sometimes she helps her Mom to cook dinner and washes dishes after meals. At 20.00, Trang normally does and reviews her lessons and then, she goes to bed at around 22.30.
