\(=\frac{5(4-\sqrt{11})}{(4+\sqrt{11})(4-\sqrt{11})}+\frac{\sqrt{11}(\sqrt{11}-3)}{\sqrt{11}-3}-\frac{4(\sqrt{5}+1)}{(\sqrt{5}-1)(\sqrt{5}+1)}+\sqrt{5}-2\)

\(=\frac{5(4-\sqrt{11})}{5}+\sqrt{11}-\frac{4(\sqrt{5}+1)}{4}+\sqrt{5}-2\)

\(=4-\sqrt{11}+\sqrt{11}-(\sqrt{5}+1)+\sqrt{5}-2\)
