Exercise is very important to our health because of many reasons . First of all, doing exercise helps you to have good health, live longer, and prevent many diseases. A study shows that people who do exercise every day have a decreased risk of heart attacks and many other diseases and increase length of their life. Secondly, it is believed that doing exercise can reduce stress and improve your mood. When you feel depressed, you do exercise, and concentrating on it will make you forget the depression. Last but not least, if you want to manage your weight or improve your muscular fitness, doing exercise is a good choice. Physical attractiveness is an important characteristic to us so we ought to do exercise frequently to have a perfect body. In short, there are so many benefits of doing exercise that we should do it regularly to have good health and a beautiful life.

Health is considered to be the most valuable thing we have and the most effective way to better one’s health is doing regular exercise. One advantage of doing exercise is to reduce stress. People who exercise are likely to feel more relaxed and healthier. Doing regular exercise helps the body produce happy chemicals that make the exercisers reduce the worries. Another benefit exercising brings us is that we will feel more energetic to overcome our daily difficulties. Doing exercise also helps us reduce the possibilities of being ill, protects us from some fatal diseases as heart disease, cancers and diabetes. Controlling our weight is another value. Fats are burnt during our practicing exercise, which helps us to keep fit. To sum up, doing exercise enables people to have good body-buildings, keep fit and brings exercisers many benefits to have a longer, healthier and happier life.

In Vietnam, almost everyone, has been a volunteer work and I have too. At my age, I have not been donate blood so I often donate books, toys and clothes for street children and homeless people. I often do this work with my mother. Latest here on Sunday, I with my mother was used to donate books and clothes for a charity organization. In here, I met the orphans children. I played with them. Then I gave candies to them. They were all very happy.Some people think doing volunteer work is waste of time but in my opinion, doing volunteer work help me relax after school and it help me healthy. When I doing this work, I feel very happy to bring happiness to them.

Recently, I have had a trouble with my friendship which I don't know what to deal with now. The story began when I had an argument with my best friend because she thought I was untruthful and told her secret out. We have had the best friends who always tell each other everything. Last week, she revealed that she had a crush on the boy next to her, and of course she wanted me to keep her secret. I though that was not too serious, so I made a slip of the tongue to some girls in my class when chit-chating. Then, everyone felt surprised started to tease her and the boy. She really got mad at me and said that she would no longer be friend with me. I knew it was totally my fault, but how many times I apologized to her, but this time it was her who refused to listen to me. I don't want our friendship to come to an end this way. We've been good friends for years. I really hope that she will forgive me for what I have done and said to her.
