I saw some badminton on TV and found it quite (1) interesting , so I thought INTEREST
I’d see if there was a club or (2) association in my area. I Looked ASSOCIATE
Everywhere but, (3) unfortunately , the nearest club was 80 kilometers FORTUNE
away. So, without any (4) knowledge , I decided to form my own club. KNOW
It was very hard in the beginning – I didn’t have any (5) equipment and I EQUIP
had to convince a few people that it was an (6) enjoyable way to keep ENJOY
fit. I organised a small (7) competition , which was a lot of fun, and things COMPETE
started to grow from there. Now we’ve got a full time (8) training and TRAIN

I asked some classmates about their hobbies and I got some interesting results. Everybody (like)__likes__ watching TV, and they (watch)___watch___ it every day. The three boys, Nam, Son, Binh (not love)___don't love____ swimming, but the two girls, Ly and Hue, (go)___go___ swimming three times a week. Most of them (enjoy)___enjoy______ playing badminton. Nam, Son, and Hue (play)____play___ badminton every day, and Ly (play)___plays____ the sport four times a week. Only Binh (not like)__doesn't like___ badminton; he never (play)__plays____ it.

I have always enjoyed ……going…. (1.go) skiing, so when I saw some people ……were snowboarding…… (2.snowboard), I decided …to give……. (3.give) it a try. It was more difficult …to do……… (4.do) than I had expected.
At first I found that I could not …keep……… (5.keep) my balance on a board as easily as on skis and it was almost impossible for me ……to go….. (6.go) any distance without …falling……. (7.fall).
I hate ……failing…. (8.fail) at any sport, so I continued ……trying….. (9.try) and I finally managed …to go…….. (10.go) all the way down a slope without an accident. It was then that I realized what a great sport it is, and now I’d rather ……go….… (11.go) snowboarding than skiing any day.

Nam, Son and Hue play badminton every day, and Ly play the sport four times a week. Only Binh doesn't like badminton; he never plays it.

I think Dave338’s prank is extremely childish and cruel as it took his sister ages to get over the prank. (Mình thấy trò đùa của Dave338 cực kỳ trẻ con và độc ác vì nó khiến chị ấy mất nhiều thời gian để vượt qua trò chơi khăm đó.)
I think Kate44’s quite interesting but she shouldn’t have played that with her brother as it would have been a great disappointment to him if his crush hadn’t go out with him. (Mình thấy trò đùa của Kate44 khá thú vị nhưng đang lý ra cô ấy không nên làm như vậy vì nếu chị gái kia không đi chơi với anh ấy thì đó sẽ là một nỗi thất vọng lớn lao.)

Last Sunday I was walking in the forest with my dog when she found a box in the ground. It was difficult but I opened the box. I saw a letter inside, so I got the letter out and(1).read.... it carefully. When I looked(2).at .. address and date, I couldn't believe your home is so far away!
