Firstly, playing sports can give you a healthy life and a fit body. You will be more active and healthier by playing sports. To illustrate, you can have a lower chance of getting a serious illness such as a heart attack or high blood pressure.

In other words, it increases your resistance to illness. In leisure time, you can play sports with your friends or your relatives, this not only helps you but also motivates everyone around you to take part in sports and have good health.

Furthermore, there are some sports which you can play easily such as table tennis, tennis or football and after that, you feel completely relaxed or even free from your stress.

Moreover, you also need to allow and encourage children to play sports, especially some outside activities such as football, basketball or volleyball to decrease the time that your children spend sitting in front of computers or watching television.

These sports can help them have endurance, quickness and even teach them how to improve team spirit and work in groups. These sports also teach them how to communicate with their teammates, and show them how active and creative they are.

Sport is very useful because it gives us a healthy and full of vitality. Underwater sports do not work out and do not choke water when we swim and have many different ways of swimming for ages. We can die when we play water sports.

There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

If we usually act, our bone will be firm and our constitution will also be better. Not only, our body can be perfect and playing badminton, basketball or go swimming,etc make us to be taller. It is not difficult to have the height as we want. Secondly, We can relax after a hard working day by playing sports. I believe the tension will be faded if we play sports. Therefore, we can be difficult to have major depressive disorder. In conclusion, although you are the young or the old, playing sports is always important with everybody. Keeping the school campus neat and clean is very important for all the students because a school is a place to study and learn. If the physical environment is not an attractive one, then studying and learning become less pleasant and the concentration of the students will be hampered. To keep the school campus neat and clean the students have to do some certain works. Firstly, in every class the students can make a class forum or group and the leader of the forum can divide the works. There are different works in the school campus. According to the instruction of the leader the students will continue the work. Some students of a forum can arrange of garbage and rubbish in waste disposal containers, take care of the gardens and trees. Similarly, another group can keep the plants well-trimmed, mow the lawn, and trim the grass around the borders. Other group can rake the fallen leaves, keep the statues well-polished, mop and vacuum the floors and carpets inside. Some can clean the walls, windows and other surfaces. To keep the campus always neat and clean the students can make some rules permanently both inside and outside of the classroom. Firstly, students should not spit in the class, drop litter in the class. Secondly, they have to use the bin for trash and keep the desks and chairs in place. At the time of performing the works they can get any help from their class teacher and other teachers. In this process the students can keep their school campus neat and clean.

For the subjective part. There will be some short responses and full essay questions or just an essay. The final exam is cumulative, so not only the short responses but also the essay consist of questions in the whole course. You do have to show that you have understood the parts of it that you choose to discuss and that you can fit those parts into the basic scheme of the text--something that must be done to provide context for quotations and perhaps as part of the rationale for the entire response.
