I eat three meals. In the morning, I often eat bread and drink milk or a bowl of noodles. In the afternoon, I eat rice with duck meat and cabbage. In the evening, I eat a lot, such as: steak, chicken, lettuce, fish and rice. I am very satisfied with my meals because it is very dilicious and good for health.

To Have Good Health, what we need to do is to eat hard. We should eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, fish, and other vitamin supplements. They will help us nude stronger, and live longer. Things we should not eat, are our favorite foods. As fries, junk food, fresh water, foods contain a lot of fat. They will make us obese, weak. My favourite food is hamburger. I eat it when I was 10. It has bread outside. Inside it has prawn, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and majornez. I like in because it very delecious.

There are some tips to save power which I think are very easy to apply. Firstly, we should use energy saving light bulbs in our house. It will help us to reduce our electricity bill. Secondly, we should use public transport if we need to go long distance. We can use bicycles for short distances. I think it is good for our health and economical. And remember, before going to bed, we should turn off all lights and other unused electrical devices. It's an easy way to save our planet.

Energy is classified into two main groups: renewable and non-renweable. 

The energy generated from natural sources such as the sun, the wind, rain, and tides is called renewable energy. They're plentful and can be generated again and again. They also have carbon emissions so they're considered green and environment-friendly. Moreover, using reewable enerygy can reduce your electricity bills. Unfortunately, solar energy can be only used during the day time but not during night or the rainy season. Geothermal energy also can bring toxic chemicals beneath the earth's surface to the top and can create environmental changes.

Non-renweable energy is the energy taken from other sources that are available on earth. They're limited and run out in the future. They can't be re-generated in a short time. Fossil fuels - natural gas, oil and coal - are examples of them. They're cheap and easy to use. However, when burnt, they release toxic gases in the air so they cause serious environmental changes such as global warning.

And the important thing is that nn-renewable sources will expire someday.

My favorite TV programme is Tom and Jerry . It's on Cartoon Network channel . It talk about Tom is a cat stupid but funny . Jerry is a little mouse . He is clever and cool . I like it because it's very exciting and sometimes it makes me laugh !

"Lighting the Future" is a TV show my favorite. It was shown at 2 channel VTV. Profound humanitarian programs, helping unhappiness, want their children to get a house, a chance to go to school. The program as a bridge between those who live in affluence alone with children, disadvantaged ... It also brought a precious tradition of the nation: "Concessions Com will dress". And particularly, it is also an opportunity for young people know to look at the children in the program to strive in life and learning.

1.There are many good and useful programs on TV, but the one I like the most is the music program. It opens at 7:00 pm daily. In that program there are all kinds of good music, like pop music, rock music and music in different languages too. My favorite is listening to Japanese pop music. It's so exciting and exciting. 2.There are many sports, each of course has its own advantages, but the one that I like the most is badminton.
