Dear Alice,You’re really a lucky girl to have got such a wonderful mother. My parents have to work far from home, so I stay with my grandmother. Therefore, she is the person closest to me as well as the person I love most.My grandmother is 70 years old now. Her hair is all white, which makes her look like a fairy godmother in fairy tales. When she smiles, her face has wrinkles, especially on her forehead. She often wears a loose-fitting blouse, a traditional kind of shirt in Southern Vietnam called ''Ao Ba Ba''.My grandmother knows a lot about medicine because she used to be a nurse in the Vietnam War. Until now, she used to be a nurse in the Vietnam War. Until now, she still cures sick people in my village without any fee.Everybody in my hometown loves her so much because of her kindness.My grandmother takes care of me very carefully. She is busy, but she still cooks many delicious dishes for me.I love her so much. However, once, I lied to her to go out with my friends. She then knew it and was so sad. I felt so regretted and promised her not to tell lies anymore.I wish that you could come to see me and my grandmother. I bet that you will like her.Write to me soon!Best wishes,Na Na
