Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice - paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. when I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. To me, they're like the most speicial dish in this world.

My favourite food is fried rice with vegetable and chicken curry with salad. This is in fact the most popular menu in our country. The rice is first boiled in water and then the boiled rice is fried with some chicken and vegetables and oil. The chicken curry is prepared separately using some spices and chicken and finally the salad is prepared using different vegetables and fruits and then those are cup into pieces and mixed together with mustard. Then these three items are served together.

I eat this menu approximately 3-4 times in a week. This menu is prepared at home mostly and sometimes I eat it in a restaurant. There are some variations in the way this food is prepared and the ingredients using which this food is made. Different restaurants have their own specialty in preparing and serving this menu.

This is my favourite food for many reasons: firstly it is very delicious and healthy. This menu meets the demand for different food values our body needs. It is available in most of the part in our country. Thirdly, I like it as it offers the variations of tastes. Moreover, it is not that much expensive to prepare and does not require o much effort to prepare. For all these reasons it is my favourite food.

Pho is one of my favorite foods. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our country, Vietnam. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with slim cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Chicken Pho is made using the same spices as beef, but the broth is made using only chicken bones and meat, as well as some internal organs of the chicken, such as the heart, the undeveloped eggs and the gizzard. I always enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho for breakfast. Mornings are a special time for pho in Vietnam. I love Pho and I can eat it every morning without boring.

When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.

Chỉ cắn một miếng, bạn sẽ cảm nhận được độ giòn của nó, một chút vị ngọt, béo đan xen vị thanh mát của rau và lá thơm. Có thể nói, khi đến thăm Việt Nam, nếu bạn muốn khám phá văn hóa ẩm thực của nơi đây thì bánh xèo sẽ là một trải nghiệm thú vị không nên bỏ lỡ.

It’s easy to cook this food. All we have to do are boiling noodles, chopping beef and making a good sauce of tomatoes. There is a tip for a perfect sauce is adding a slice of lemon into it. If there is a need of vegetable, It can be served with carrot and peas. Spaghetti supplies high nutrients and several vitamins, which good for your health especially for diet people. Moreover, spaghetti is famous for its delicious taste and convenience as fast food. It’s known as typical traditional food of Italy. Although spaghetti originate from Europe, it’s more widespread in Asia specifically Vietnam. Nowadays, It is popular food not only in Italy but also in other countries.

Việt Nam nổi tiếng với các món ăn truyền thống và ngon. Tất cả họ đều có thể mang đến miệng của bất cứ ai, nhưng như chính bản thân tôi, tôi thích những chiếc bánh xuân ngon nhaats.

Chả giò là loại cơm chiên nhẹ - giấy cuộn, nhỏ hơn và crispier hơn cuộn trứng Trung Quốc nhưng có hương vị hơn. Chúng chứa đầy những miếng biển, cua, rau củ, hành, nấm, bún vaf trứng. Để chuẩn bị cho chúng, đặt lên trên một bánh gạo mỏng, cuộn lại sau đó chiên.

Cuối cùng, bánh nem, khi chuẩn bị đầy đủ, được bocj trong một số loại rau tươi, sau đó đẫm nước mắm. Mẹ tôi thường nấu nem cho tôi, đặc biệt vào những ngày quan trọng trong năm, chẳng hạn như nghỉ Tết. Khi tôi ăn, tôi cảm thấy tất cả tình yêu của mẹ tôi dành cho tôi.

Đối với tôi, chúng giống như món ăn đặc biệt nhất trong thế giới này.

my favorite food is home made food . Made by my mom . She a very good cook, she cooks dinner for the family ,  breakfast , lunch . Her cooking is delicious . I love when she cooks Sushi for the family. She made Simon Sushi , Vegertable Sushi , Seafood Sushi ,... . It's very good . If you want to make sushi i can show you how . to day we gona make Simon Sushi .
step 1 : Buy some Sushi seaweed . Be sure to prepair some rice to .
step 2 : You need simon . My mom usually cook the simon before put it in the Sushi . But if you can find clean simon then you can wash it and cut it .
step 3 : Take out a piece of seaweed . Put in rice , and simon . Roll it and then cut it .
step 4 : enjoy !

The most popular dish there is the Fried Pho Noodle. The cookers will cut the noodles as long small pieces and then he put all of them into the hot oil pan.

After frying the noodles, they turn to the bold yellow, looking delicious that I cannot keep my mouth to bite it immediately. Next, the cookers will add the fried beef onto the dish and includes fried green broccoli as well as delicious sauce.

Even frying the noodles in the hot oil pan, the taste of noodles is not different too much. The crispy crunchy of the noodles, the brittle of beef, the brittle and sweet of broccoli and the tasty of sauce make this Vietnamese Food Pho is completely different with other Pho.

It is really delicious, so try it if you have chance. Make sure you will not miss any type of Pho when visit our beautiful country. Hope you have a safe and happy trip with your family and friends.

My favourite food is fried chicken . I like it 2 years ago .When my brother and I were having lunch, my grandmother told us: "Tomorrow, I will make chicken for you to eat!" . After that, my brother and my brother argued with each other whether tomorrow's chicken dish is fried chicken or Boiled  chicken . Since I like to eat fried food , I followed my brother. Then the next day, this time algebra overcame the small, my uncle cooked fried chicken. Since that day was my first time eating fried chicken, I found it very interesting.I tasted one , As expected the fried chicken was delicious , possibly the best fried food I have ever tasted .I very like fried chicken .

Món ăn yêu thích của tôi là gà rán. Tôi thích nó cách đây 2 năm, khi tôi và anh trai tôi đang ăn trưa, bà tôi nói với chúng tôi: "Ngày mai, tôi sẽ làm thịt gà cho bạn ăn!" . Sau đó, tôi và anh trai cãi nhau không biết món gà ngày mai là gà rán hay gà luộc. Vì thích ăn đồ chiên nên tôi đã theo anh trai. Rồi ngày hôm sau, lần này đại số thắng nhỏ, chú tôi nấu món gà rán. Vì hôm đó là lần đầu tiên tôi ăn gà rán nên tôi thấy rất thú vị, tôi đã nếm thử một miếng, quả nhiên gà rán rất ngon, có thể là món rán ngon nhất mà tôi từng được nếm. Tôi rất thích gà rán.

My favourite food is fried potato. it's a kind of fast food. it's easy to cook it. I only need to buy some potatoes at the supermarket, cut into thin slices then fry them with a frying pan over a low heat.  I often serve it with chili sauce and it will be more wonderful if i enjoy with my family. nowadays, many people buy fried potato at the fast food stores Jollibee, KFC, Lotte,... but i only want to make and enjoy it at home with myfamily. it's greater. i fried potato very much.

Well, I’m a food lover so this question is extremely difficult, I cannot pick just one! But if I have to, I’d say Bánh Cuốn or steamed rolled pancakes is my favorite food that I would like to talk about today.

Bánh Cuốn is a popular option for diners in Viet Nam. As the matter of fact, among the well-known offerings of Saigon street food, Bánh Cuốn is consistently ranked a top choice. I believe this dish originates from the Northern region of Vietnam, the exact date and time it was first made are unknown but it seems hard to deny that Bánh Cuốn has been made for years.

Basically, Bánh Cuốn looks like a soft spring roll filled with meat. However, the recipe is much more complicated than that. You start with a steamed rice roll cooked on a pot which is covered by a thin fabric. Until the rice roll is very thin, it will then be scrapped off the pot with a bamboo stick. After that, the roll is filled with a mixture of pork, wood ear mushrooms, onions, and fish sauce.

This is my favorite dish among thousands of amazing food in Vietnamese cuisine because it is perfectly enough. From the smell to the taste, everything is just enough to make your mouth watering . This is my favorite breakfast and maybe even dinner for many Vietnamese. It is a quick and delicious day starter.

I like to eat many different kinds of food, but my favorite one of all time is Pho. Pho is already a so famous food of Vietnam, and most people will immediately think of it when we mention about Vietnamese cuisine. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has featuring smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, etc; and the most important thing are the bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty stock, and then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not like other kinds of noodle. It is made from rice flour, and it is thicker than the others. After pouring the stock into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. I like to eat rare beef slices and meat ball, and they are also the basic toppings that Vietnamese people like to choose. We finish the bowl with some basil, coriander, bean sprout and black pepper. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho like egg and blood in boiling stock. All of them create a harmonious flavor that can attract even the strictest eaters. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the national dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat. I have been eating Pho for about 20 years, and I will continue to choose it as my favorite food forever.
