There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.
 

Hi everybodỵ I'm .... , today i want to introduce to you about my favorite sport, which i best is swimming. Although i don't know swim, in the summer, i've tried to learn swim, but i'm afraid of drinking to much water in swimming pool, so utill now, i can't learn how to swim. Swimming takes us many benefit, You'll have a good healthy or ideal height. When you water down, you should be careful, but noting that not to swim in the deep pool if you don't know swim. At the fist, you'll feel very tired and body pain.To be patient! you'll success.You should take a time of day to prae, such as in the morning or every afteroon, whenever you want.  Last summer vacation, I went to Da Nang beach with my friends. We went jogging on the beach and went swimming. After that we ate seafood. Then we visited Ba Na Hill and played the games. We bought some souvenirs for our family. In the evening, we saw Rong Bridge and ate specialty dish. The weather was very cool, the sky had much stars and the moon was very light. We took a minibus around the Da Nang city at night. After one day was very tired, we went to the hotel and slept. Our last summer vacation was very wonderful.

I Newquay best. It’s a small town on the Atlan coast in the south of England. It has got great beaches and is the best place to surf in the UK. There are lots of surf schools where you can learn how to surf. I go surfing with my friends every weekend. My favourite place is Fistral Beach.

I love Newquay because there are lots of other things to do as well as surfing. If you water sports, you can go kayaking, water-skiing or coasteering. Coasteering is different because it is rock climbing, jumping into the sea and swimming in the same activity, but you should always go with a special instructor.

If you animals you can also visit the Blue Reef Aquarium and see lots of different fish and even sharks. You can also go horse riding on the beach or visit Newquay Zoo. There are lots of other attractions too mini golf and bowling. Come and see for yourself!

I prefer to live in a city because i think that life in a city is always more exciting and more comfortable than life in a country or in a small town.
First of all, in cities there is usually something to do or somewhere to go. In the city there is a large access to education an there is easier to find good and ineresting job. Moreover there is a good selection of cinemas, galeries, theaters or restaurants, where people can spand their free time. There is always something interesting and it is impossible to be bored.
