Today is Sunday. I am doing my homework. My father is cleaning the floor. My mother is cooking in the kitchen. My grandma is reading a book about Uncle Ho. And my younger sister is playing toys. Now my puppy is sleeping beside me, and I should keep quiet so she can sleep peacefully. Today is such a happy day.

everyday morning, I get up at 5:30. After brushing my teeth and washing my face, I usually have breakfast at 6:30 a.m. I go to work by motorbike and be there at about 7:15 a.m. It takes me about 15 minutes from my house to get to my school. I usually start my work at 7:30 a.m. I stop at 11:45 a.m for my lunch in my school office. In the afternoon, I finish my work at 5:30 p.m, then I go home. I always spend my time on cooking dinner for my small family and we usually have dinner at 7:30 p.m. After dinner, we often watch TV and play with our son. After that, I always prepare my lessons plan and go to bed at 11:00 pm. On weekends, I usually go out with my family or friends.

There are a lot of activities that you can do in your leisure time. Some people spend their leisure time to resting and sleeping after they going back to their workplace.Others spend their free time on their favourite activities. For example: they often listenning to music, hang out with their friendsl, go on a picnic, travel , go partying…Some people me choose sports to enjoy their free time, among different kinds of sports, I often go to swimming.
When you go to swimming, it help you fresher, more than taller and relax. When you swimming , you need all of your body activities maximum so it will very great for your nerve as much as your body.

As a traditional family in Vietnam, I have a big one. My family has 5 members, including Mom, Dad, Grandma, sister, and me. My mom’s name is Giang. She has long hair and black eyes. She is a teacher. My Dad’s name is Trung. He is tall and very strong. His job is doctor. For me, my mom is the most beautiful woman, and my dad is the most wonderful man. And my grandma’s name is Tam. She is 95 years old, and next 5 years, we will organize the 100th longevity wishing ceremony, and I look forward to taking part in this ceremony. Besides, another woman who I love so much is my sister. Her name is Linh. She is 26 years old, and she is a beautiful woman Mom. Now, she is living in Ha Noi capital, because of her jobs. Ba Be National Park is a national park, special-use forest, ecotourism area of Vietnam, located in Bac Kan province, with the center being Ba Be lake. It is located in 5 communes of Nam Mau, Khang Ninh, Cao Thuong, Quang Khe, Cao Tri belong to Ba Be district, Bac Kan province. The national park is 50 km from Bac Kan city and 250 km north of Hanoi, in Ba Be district, Bac Kan province. Ba Be National Park is an ideal ecotourism destination with an interesting landscape and biodiversity. In 2004, Ba Be was recognized as a natural heritage of ASEAN. Previously, it used to be a scenic area and historical monument, a forbidden forest of Ba Be Lake. In addition, Ba Be Lake is also a famous tourist destination, a "green jewel" between the great thousands. and is emerging as an ideal ecotourism destination for tourists, especially during the early spring and summer seasons. The lake is longer than 8 km, the widest place is about 3 km, about 20 to 30m deep.The middle of the lake is slightly waist. There are two small islands emerging in the middle of the lake, an island an erected horse is wading (so it is also called An Ma island). Ba Be Lake is 145m above the sea level, the lake surface is about 500ha. surrounded by limestone mountains with many underground streams and caves. Being a volunteer is one of the best things you can do with your life. It's a great way to help other people. It's also very satisfying to know that you are not wasting your time and are helping people who need help.
Many of us could and should be out there doing voluntary activities of some kind. So many volunteer organizations need extra hands. It really is easy. Just pick up the phone and offer your services.
I think too many of us settle into a lazy lifestyle. We just want to come home and watch TV. Life is much more interesting when you're a volunteer.
I've found it really opens your eyes to how some people live. It's sometimes sad to see how the government lets people down, but at least I'm doing my bit.

My favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing my home work at home, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I was so interested to play football from my childhood however started learning to play well when I was 5 years old. I was in one class when I was 5 years old. My father asked to my class teacher in the PTM about my hobby of football. And my teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school from class 1 so you can admit your child. Now, I really enjoy playing football and paripate in the inter-school competitions.

My favorite sport is badminton. I playing it because I think it is a good sport. Every sport will make people feel hot and uncomfortable, but when you play badminton, you will be comfortable because in the badminton court, there are many air-conditioners.
I usually play badminton on Sunday. I always play with my friend, Linh. She is good at badminton. But I am not very good at this sport so when we play badminton, she hits the ball on my both sides. She makes me run and run, and I feel very tired. Sometimes I must jump high to hit the ball to the opposite side.
Although this makes me tired, I still always practise because I will be healthier and fitter than before. Anyway, I think badminton is the best sport.

I also play game online but it is not as attractive to me as playing sports outdoor. Sometimes we have small picnics to beautiful places which interest me. Studying sometimes makes me stress so that playing activity makes me feel more comfortable, and after that I can be engrossed in studying.
