On New Year's Eve, my family and I watch fireworks in Pho Moi; we have to go there before nine o’clock to get a good spot. Early in the first morning of the year, we go to the pagoda to pray for peace and health, and then I accompany my parents to visit my grandparents and relatives. Tet is my favorite holiday because it is an occasion to enjoy the festive atmosphere, delicious food, and receive lucky money. I wish that Tet could last for a month.

Vào đêm giao thừa, tôi và gia đình đi xem pháo hoa ở Phố Mới , chũng tôi phải đến đó trước 9 giờ để có thể có được một vị trí đẹp. Sáng sớm ngày đầu tiên trong năm, chúng tôi đi chùa để cầu bình an và sức khỏe, sau đó tôi sẽ theo bố mẹ đi thăm ông bà và họ hàng. My Christmas Holidays:
On my Christmas Holidays I didn’t have any day I didn’t make anything.
On 25th December I went to my grandpa and my grandma’s house to have the Christmas lunch. In the afternoon I went to see “Pastorets”, and in the evening I stayed in my home with my family and we watched the TV.
On 26th December I went to my other grandma’s house for having another Christmas lunch. And in the afetrnoon I went to see “Pastorets again.
In 31st December I went to campelles with my cousin and my aunt, and two other families and we slept two nights in a hotel. In the night we ate the grapes at 00:00, we laughed a lot and we had fun.
In the morning of 5th Jenuary I went to visit the “pageboys” of the kings and in the evening I went with my little cousin to give the letter to the kings of “Orient”.
And on 6th I opened the presents in my house and at my grandmpa’s house and we had lunch, and for dessert we ate the ring-shaped cake of the kings.
I had a very nice Christmas holidays… But there were very short!!!
