       How are you and your family? I'm still healthy. Is everything good over there? Is your sports club okay?
       I love sports as much as you do because sport is both fun and beneficial for our health. There are many great and famous sports in the world. Every subject has its own charm and interest, but my favorite is swimming. Swimming is one of the forms of full body exercise in the water and is one of the ideal methods to increase height. Swimming also has many styles such as: breaststroke, stride, backstroke, butterfly, etc. In which, butterfly swimming is the most difficult and breaststroke and stride are two easy and popular swimming styles. Swimming also has a lot of benefits for health and spirit, very good for the heart, bones and joints, increasing height and also helps to lose weight very effectively. Just imagine, under the hot weather of more than 30 degrees, you can soak in the cool water to relax after a long day of studying and working hard. I love swimming and you should too because swimming has so many benefits.
