My mother had a business trip to Da Nang last weekend, and I had a chance to visit this beautiful city with her. She worked for one morning, and the rest of the time she took me outside to visit some famous places. The first spot was the Hoi An ancient town, which was a completely different world from the busy roads out there. I took many pictures with the lanterns, the old corners, and enjoyed some of the very delicious food. In the evening, we took a short trip to Dragon Bridge - a symbol of Da Nang City. Since it was Saturday night, we had chance to witness the Dragon head blowing fire and water. It was such a wonderful view, and I was really impressed by that. Next we went around the city to enjoy the nightlife here, and Da Nang was very different from Ho Chi Minh City. Next morning, we woke up pretty early to go to My Khe beach - which is also known as one of the six most beautiful beaches of the world. The sand was white, the water was crystal clear, and the ranges of coconut made the atmosphere seemed so poe. In the afternoon, we visited the Asian Park - Sun World Da Nang Wonder so I could play some interesting games. In the evening, we went to two other famous bridges - the Han River and the Love bridges. Both of them were so beautiful, and it was a pity that we did not have more time to actually enjoy the view. I left Da Nang in regret that night, and I had to admit that Da Nang was such a worthy city to live.

Buổi chiều, chúng tôi tham quan Công viên Châu Á - Sun World Da Nang Wonder để tôi có thể chơi một số trò chơi thú vị. Buổi tối, chúng tôi đến hai cây cầu nổi tiếng khác - sông Hàn và cầu Tình yêu. Cả hai đều rất đẹp, và thật tiếc khi chúng tôi không có nhiều thời gian hơn để thực sự ngắm cảnh. I like to eat many different kinds of food, but my favorite one of all time is Pho. Pho is already a so famous food of Vietnam, and most people will immediately think of it when we mention about Vietnamese cuisine. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has featuring smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, etc; and the most important thing are the bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty stock, and then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not like other kinds of noodle. It is made from rice flour, and it is thicker than the others. After pouring the stock into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. I like to eat rare beef slices and meat ball, and they are also the basic toppings that Vietnamese people like to choose. We finish the bowl with some basil, coriander, bean sprout and black pepper. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho like egg and blood in boiling stock. All of them create a harmonious flavor that can attract even the strictest eaters. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the national dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat. I have been eating Pho for about 20 years, and I will continue to choose it as my favorite food forever.

Tôi thích ăn rất nhiều món ăn khác nhau, nhưng món ăn yêu thích nhất mọi thời đại của tôi là Phở. Bánh Phở cũng rất đặc biệt khi nó không giống với các loại mì và bún khác. Nó được làm từ bột gạo, và nó dày hơn những loại khác. Sau khi đổ nước dùng vào trong tô bánh, bước kế tiếp là để lên trên những lát thịt bò và các món khác. Tôi thích ăn thịt bò tái và bò viên, và đó cũng là những món điển hình mà người Việt Nam thích ăn. Chúng ta hoàn thiện tô Phở với một ít rau húng quế, ngò, giá và tiêu đen. Bên cạnh đó, chúng ta cũng có thể có những món ăn kèm theo như trứng và huyết bò trong nước súp sôi. Tất cả chúng tạo nên một hương vị hài hòa có thể thu hút được cả những thực khách khó tính nhất. Mặc dù Phở có rất nhiều phiên bản từ những vùng miền khác nhau, nó luôn là món ăn dân tộc mà hầu hết người Việt Nam rất yêu thích. Tôi đã ăn Phở được gần hai mươi năm nay, và tôi vẫn sẽ mãi xem nó là món ăn mà tôi thích nhất.

Chances are you will encounter this dish in almost every outdoors market. There are even two restaurantsdedicated fully to this dish in the Old Quarters. Xoi xeo is sticky rice topped with ground de-hulled mung bean and fried onion. Sometimes it can be served with eggs or steamed chicken breast on request. The serving is really filling and it is good for any time of the day but most Vietnamese have it for breakfast or lunch.
Xoi Yen is a all time local favourite sitting just North of Sword Lake (Hoan Kiem lake) on Nguyen Huu Huan street. Ask anyone in the area and they all know what you are referring to. The price varies, without chicken, a bowl of Xoi xeo costs you about 50 cents. Have it with a glass of soy milk and you have more energy boost than a box of granola bars!

"Vietnam is the land of heat and noodles". That is what an American friend wrote to me in an email when he said he missed Vietnam. While in English, there may be only some words "noodles", "vermicelli" or "noodle soup", in Vietnamese, we have various names "Phở, Bún, Miến, Bánh đa, Bánh canh, Mỳ" to describe our noodles. The Vietnamese noodles have different colors (white, red, yellow), shape and thickness, depending on the types and regions. Each of the said noodles has one more word next to it, like beef, chicken or other material, or name of a location to emphasize their specialty. For example, Phở gà (noodle soup with chicken), Phở bò (noodle soup with beef), Bún bò Huế (Huế city's beef noodle soup), Mỳ Quảng (Quảng Nam province's noodles) etc.

Hello everyone ! My name is ..... Today, I will tell you about my hobby. My hobby is gardening. I was started when I am a kid. In this hobby, you need to learn how to plant trees first. Then, if you think that you are understand the lessons about gardening, you should buy some seeds of the trees of flower that you want to plant. Next, you will have to buy equiments to doing garden a trowel, a hoe, a watering can and many many things too. And after you plant the trees, remember to take care of it and remove the worms and the weeds. And don't forget to watering them. I do this hobby with my mother. I love this hobby very much. Why ? Because I love to be outdoor and in the morning, I can enjoy fresh air there. I know this hobby is hard to this one but it can be easy one to someone. Pho is one of my favorite foods. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our country, Vietnam. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with slim cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Chicken Pho is made using the same spices as beef, but the broth is made using only chicken bones and meat, as well as some internal organs of the chicken, such as the heart, the undeveloped eggs and the gizzard. I always enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho for breakfast. Mornings are a special time for pho in Vietnam. I love Pho and I can eat it every morning without boring.

Everyone has his or her own favorite kinds of food, but what I love to eat is a little bit weird for the others. Besides all of the delicious and luxurious dishes that one can eat, boiling bindweed is my favorite food. When I was a kid, my family was not very wealthy; so we do not have many choices of food. My mother usually bought bindweed as the green in our meals since it was one of the cheapest vegetables of that time. It can be said that I had been eating bindweed for almost everyday for such a long time, and it gradually became what I must have on my table. The way to make this dish is very simple. First, we need to choose the cleanest and freshest parts of the bindweed, and then we put them in the boiling water. After that, we add a pinch of salt and a spoon of cooking oil to make it tastier and greener. It is a great side dish for every meal, because it is easy to eat and goes very well with other food. When we have a lot of meat, we can eat it together with the bindweed so we will not be tired of it. Besides, bindweed also has a lot of vitamins and is a rich source of fibre, therefore eating it can have positive impacts on our bodies. Although it seems simple, I only consider it is the most delicious when my mother makes it. Boiling bindweed is such a familiar dish to Vietnamese people, and I think it is also interesting when I love to eat it that much.
