=>2x(3x-5)+x(8-6x)=12
=>6x2-10x+8x-6x2=12
=>-2x=12
=>x=-6

\(\Leftrightarrow9x^2-30x-9x^2-6x=8-25+1\)
\(\Leftrightarrow-36x=-16\)
\(\Leftrightarrow x=\frac{4}{9}\)
Vậy \(x=\frac{4}{9}\)
b)\(\Leftrightarrow16x^2-6x-\left(16x^2-24x+9\right)=27\)
\(\Leftrightarrow16x^2-6x-16x^2+24x-9=27\)
