omputer plays an important role in this information era. However, while bringing certain advantages, this high-tech device has its own limitations.
First of all, computer has become a useful tool and an intelligent device in every aspect of life. For example, thanks to Computer and Internet, new technology in medicine is created and applied worldwide i.e. Minimally invasive surgery, microsurgery, and laser surgery. What is more , industrialization could not make its miracle jump without the support of computer and Internet. New constructive materials, new robots, and new fuels are all made with the help of information technology. That is to say computer has made our life become modern, more convenient and civilized. Moreover, computer and Internet is a great means of communication. Distance is no longer a matter of concern when we can send mails within a few seconds or make cheap internet phone call. We can also update ourselves with the latest occurrences in the world with just some simple mouse clicks. In addition, Internet is becoming so popular that having Internet access is no longer a luxury.
Granted that Internet is an indispensable part of life in this high technology era, it has its own limitations. The troubles, however, do not stem from computer or the Internet themselves but the users. The new technology is entirely positive but the users take its advantage for negative purposes. Some people use computers to do nothing but play games, chitchat, spam, create dirty information on the Net. They directly or indirectly detract Internet from its benefits to the community. Many people are scared of using Internet because of their fear of being abused, or spamed. or becoming Internet addicts. In addition, sitting in front of the screen for long hours can lead to obesity, backache, and short-sightedness. Besides, people paying too much attention to online activities may become passive, sluggish in real life because of their lacks of communication, and manual labor.
In short, everything has its two sides, so does computer and Internet. Therefore, it is necessary that we use it for right purposes.

Using computers offers many pros. Firstly, owning to computers we can keep accounts, write personal letters and do our homework. It is much easier and more aesthetic to write something in computer and print it than type or pen. Also, computer can be useful in office. When you use it you have less paperwork and mess. Then your work is more efficiency and organised, so your boss is glad. What is more computers are being increasingly used in medicine. They are very helpful in medical diagnosis, patient monitoring and general hospital administration.
On the other hand using computers has several disadvantages. They are very bad for health. For example screens destroy eyes even with a low radiation screen. Many people complain for that issue, because then they have to pay for oculists and wear glasses. Also there are a lot of viruses which can influence a computer and destroy the data bank. It is a problem for banks and big concerns which store many of information inside their computers.
In conclusion, computers obviously has both good and bad points. We should remember that computers is especially important to the young generation, that’s why young people ought to know how to use new technology keeping safeness.

As you know, mobile communications is very useful to help people communicate with each other. Today, all subjects were able to use mobile phones. you can use by a number of amenities: alarm clock, phone number, store photographic memories .... Besides, the phone is considered as "genuine" you can have fun by listening to music or playing games, reading the newspaper over GPRS ... It would be - will be useful for people who can use electricity a reasonable voice but when it uses electrical work thoaiT your learning will also somewhat affected by the use of the device. Because you are among the many phone users that neglect the study. at this age, the less you will call only to talk the message. How much lost time. And if the other person replies to your message a little late, you will sit waiting, his eyes focused on the phone screen and in the beginning always thought why not get the signal response. In my daily life, I have some hobbies such as traveling, cooking, listening to music, etc. However, I enjoy reading books most. To me, books are always a good friend. Firstly, reading books makes me feel relaxed after many long stressful hours at school. I really like comic books because they contain many colorful and interesting images that keep my spirit relaxed. Secondly, reading books is a good way to improve my vocabulary and grammar. For example, reading books tells me about the world’s history, lets me see the structure of the human body, or brings me a story of Harry Potter. In conclusion, I think reading is one of the most interesting indoor activities.

Students should play sports because it helps strengthen bones and muscles. Firstly, physical activity is very good for children's bone development, helps keep bone density at a high level, and reduces the risk of osteoporosis. Secondly, When we exercise, the brain releases a chemical that creates feelings of happiness and helps relieve stress. Beside, participating in a team sport will give your child the opportunity to meet many new friends, with different ages and personalities. As you see, sport not only brings health and dynamism, sports also help children develop teamwork, cooperation skills, discipline, ... and focus better during class!

Nowaday , the computers are the most popular in the world . The computers have brought many benefits , but it can harm us if we are not careful in the way we use it . It helps us find the information we need in the computer , watch video ,.... to relax . In addition , the computer can help us for learning and research . However , in the Internet maybe not help us , it can harm us because it is too many the Cheat Web in the internet . It can cheat our money , ... . So we must use the computer a reasonable way.

Chúng ta đang sống trong thời đại của công nghệ thông tin, đặc biệt là sự phát triển như vũ bão của mạng thông tin toàn cầu: internet. Internet đang mang thế giới xích lại gần nhau hơn, làm cho cuộc sống nhiều tiện ích hơn nhưng bên cạnh đó cũng không phải là không có những mặt trái.

-Nhiều học sinh bỏ học hoặc bị đuổi vì nghiện game. Một số người nghiện với mạng xã hội, chỉ đắm mình trong cuộc sống ảo mà họ tạo ra. Một số người nghiện trò chơi. Các trò chơi bạo lực, đánh nhau và bắn súng trên Internet gây nghiện cho người chơi ... Một số người trẻ tuổi có thể trở thành kẻ giết người, phạm vào tội ác rất nguy hiểm.
