Make sure the scene is safe: Check for high tides, hazardous materials, floodwaters, fallen power lines, traffic, etc. 
	Activate the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system: Call 911 or other designated emergency number in your country or region.
	Check for breathing, unconsciousness, and severe bleeding.
	Don't move the person unless it's necessary.
	Begin CPR, if required.
