There are many ways to keep fit. Fristly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat fat, meat, junk food and fast food. Especially, you don't smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey because that will make you are the pressure. The second way. I should do exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volley ball,..Because this makes you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep eight hours a day and go to early because it is good for skin, more optimis, and alway keep the smile on your slips. Instead of, you go online, you should read the book before go to bed. Because it will take go to have dreams beautifier. In conclusion, there are have a good health.

Nowadays, there are more and more dangerous diseases. As a result, it is very important to stay healthy. Firstly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you had better eat vegetables, fruits and avoid fastfood. In addition, you should not drink coffee, beer or wine because they are very harmful. Secondly, doing exercise regularly is also a way to stay healthy. For instance, you can play volleyball, walk or go swimming every morning. Moreover, doing exercise will help you stronger, more active and prevent a lot of diseases. Last but not least, you should take enough sleep. The classroom is a place where we play and learn so protecting it is something every student must know. So what do we need to do to keep it clean. Noise pollution is considered as the environmental pollution caused in the environment by the excess level of noise through many sources. Noise pollution is also known as the noise disturbance. Excessive noise is harmful to the health and cause imbalance to the human or animal life. It has been a massive environmental issue in India which needs a proper attention to be solved however it is less dangerous than the water, air and soil pollution. Outdoor noise is hugely caused by the sources like machines, transportation systems, poor urban planning (construction of side-by-side industrial and residential buildings), etc. Indoor noise sources are household machines, building activities, loud music, etc... The most common impairment caused by the noise pollution is the permanent hearing loss due to ear drum damage.
