Nowadays, the development of human world causes causes many bad effects to the environment. We throw garbage everywhere, exploit too much natural resources or contaminate the air. Therefore, our environment is being seriously polluted and we need to protect it from now. First of all, we should reduce, reuse and recycle. Instead of using plastic bags, we can use leaves to wrap food. We can recycle plastic bottles, cans, paper to reduce garbage. Using public transports and decreasing the number of motorbikes and cars are also good ways to reduce carbonic in the air. Besides, we should purify contaminated lakes or rivers in order to lessen the pollution in the water.Last but not least, the gorvernment should propagandize about protecting the environment to everybody so that they can aware of it. Especially, we need to punish people who contaminate the environment with great severity. In conclusion, the Earth is our home so protecting it is everyone's responsibility.

1. Đậu và đậu gà đóng hộp, là món ăn rất nhiều chất dinh dưỡng, và có thể bảo quản để sử dụng hàng tháng thậm chí hàng năm, chúng ta có thể dùng món này trong các bữa ăn theo nhiều cách khác nhau. Các loại cá hộp ngâm dầu như cá mòi, cá thu và cá hồi rất giàu đạm, a-xít béo omega 3 và nhiều vitamin và khoáng chất. Các loại cá hộp có thể mở ra ăn ngay kèm với món bánh mỳ kẹp, salad hay mỳ, hoặc chế biến hoặc làm nóng để ăn cùng với các món ăn khác.

Rau củ đóng hộp như cà chua, thường không chứa nhiều vitamin như rau củ tươi nhưng đây cũng là một lựa chọn để dự trữ khi khó mua rau củ tươi hoặc đông lạnh.

Cắt thêm lát hoa quả hay rau rủ như chanh, chanh vàng, dưa chuột hoặc dâu vào nước uống là cách hay để tăng thêm hương vị.

Last summer, I and my group spent our holiday at Vung Tau Beach. This is one of beautiful beaches in Viet Nam. It took two hours to take there.
We concentrated in bus station. At 5 A.M we started our trip by bus. Although I feel tired after two long hours but sea air made me re-excited.
Gradually, Bien Dong was in font of us. Bien Dong length 750 m with beautiful sea and form of entertainment is multiform.
We arrange our bags and after that we quickly swum in blue sea. The weather was very nice. The golden light spread in white sand. Tiny waves crashing onto the beach. It is suitable for swimming. After swimming, we started to build sandcastles, listened the sound of the waves, felt the salted taste of sea and enjoyed some special foods.
In the afternoon, we rode around on the road from back of the beach to font of the beach by double- bicycles. That was a wonderful sight. One sight is sea, the others is mountain. It really made me forget everything to relax. And then, we decided climb to Tao Phung mountain. Sightseeing is as beautiful as the other places. So we took many photograph. Standing God’s shoulder is great. We can saw mountain, houses and wide sea. When we climb down the mountain, we bought some souvenir for our friends.
A day go by so fast. I wanted to stay there longer but we had to come back to work the day after. The trip was short but it had a strong impression on me and I had many memories with my friends. We come back Bien Hoa city and felt comfortable after a good holiday.

Last summer, I went to Nha Trang beach, Vung Tau beach. But I like Nha Trang beach than Vung Tau beach. After the exam, I were gone to sea by my family. Nha trang is a wonderful beach. I were go to Nha Trang by train. Oh my god. What a awful trip! I take off the train at haft past two, I take on the train station at haft past eleven. But I happy with days at Nha Trang. Next day, I get up at six o'clock. I went to restaurant for breakfast and drinking coffee in order to not tired when going to play. Next, I went to harbor so as to go to the island. Then the ship go to the island, All people in the ship are shock expect my father, friend of my father, touristman. In Distance, I take the sea. The water of the sea is fresh, cool. In the bottom of the sea, we can see the coral. It's beautiful. Next, I went to other islands for visit and come back the harbor before come back the hotel. In the hotel, I rest thirty minutes before eat the dinner. In the evening, I take the motorbike ride along the beach in order to go for a sightseeing Nha Trang city.
What a wonderful trip! I happy after the trip. The trip will help me study well.

Last summer holiday, I went to Da Lat city for three days. I went there by my car with my family. We stayed in a hotel. We did a lot of activities in Da Lat city. First, We had a great time visiting many beautiful place in Da Lat city, such as the flower garden; Bao Dai place, Love valley and some water falls. Second, We visited Da Lat market and tried lot of delicious food. We bougth some so wenirs. Third, this trip helped us to relax after hard working days. It helped us to widen knowledge. Generally, I liked this holiday, I am looking forward to getting back there next summer holidays with my family.

Last summer, I and my friends go to Vung Tau by motobike. we have two interesting days in Vung Tau city. We start my trip on 6h AM. after 1 hour, We get to Long Thanh stop stations. we have stopped there for 15 minutes anh drink fresh cow's milk. Then we continue my trip to vung tau city. after 1 hour we get vung tau city. many hotel and motel but we had to spend hard 1 hour to look up a hotel for staying. the hotel which we stay is a small nice hotel, from our hotel we can see the beach and it had a good view. Because we have a long trip by motobike so that we are very tired. after check in we only want to sleeping. I don't know, what do other peoples do but when I wake up and walk to outside. I see my friends drinking coffee. at that 2 o'clock PM. we have spent 2 hours for drinking coffee after that we go to the beach to swim. at the evening, we have a round in vung tau by motobike. verybody want to see vung tau by night until 10 o'clock we return back our hotel. and all night, we play card togethe. on the morning tomorrow. we walk to the beach and swim with the local peoples and anothe tourists. after that we go to coffee shop and chat togethe. until 12 o'clock we have lunch and 3 o'clock we come back to hcm city. we arrived hcm at 5 o'clock. we bye togethe. and end 2 interesting day in vung tau.

Tet is usually about at the end of January and the begining of February each year. The festival always fascinates people with tons of exciting activities such as cooking sticky rice, decorating houses, as well as participating in games that are held from places to places. Tet is also the time for family reunion, when people are off from work and can vist relatives, friends and colleagues frequently. Additionally, this is also the occasion for people to show gratitude to their ancestors as well as wish kids good fortune by giving them lucky money. To conclude, Tet is a really terrific holiday for the Vietnamese to relax, have fun and practice traditional customs as well.

The season of Tet occurs around the biginning of February and end of Janaurỵ The meaning of Tet is ending old year and welcome a new year. Tet holiday is very special for Vietnamese families to reunite. At that time, all family members try to come back their homes and get together to prepare for Tet. Moreover they will buy new clothes and clean their house. A branch of Mai flower or a Kumquat tree can't be absent from every home. They bring a fresh atmosphere to the house. We decorate ancestral altar with a tray full of fruits and flowers. Last summer, I and my family went to CatBa is a island in HaiPhong city. It was hard to go there because we have to go by car and ferry-boat. We had been there for three days. There are three beaches in CatBa, and they are very nice. My son had praced swimming a lot, and he was very happy. For me, I to ride bicycle on the road a long town with my husband and my son the most. The sea food is so delicious, but it's quite expensive, too. Besides, I also bought some cute gift for my close relatives and friends.
