(5x + 4) - ( 4x-9)= 31-3
(5x + 4) - ( 4x-9)= 28
5x + 4 - 4x + 9=28
(5x-4x) + ( 4+ 9 )=28
x + 13 =28
x= 28-13
x= 15. Vậy x=15. T nha
