1/ FRIED RICE
We will prepare: 1-2 green onions, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of pepper, 4 tablespoons of oil, 4 cups of cold cooked rice, 1-2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Có rất nhiều bằng chứng về việc người Na-uy thời trung cổ đã đặt chân đến và thiết lập nên các thuộc địa ở châu Mỹ.[3]Tuy nhiên, chuyến đi của Colombo diễn ra trong thời điểm chủ nghĩa đế quốc quốc gia và sự cạnh tranh kinh tế giữacác nước đang phát triển tìm cách kiếm của cải từ việc thành lập những con đường thương mại và thuộc địa đang nổi lên. Vì thế, giai đoạn trước năm 1492 được coi là giai đoạn Tiền Colombo, và thời gian diễn ra sự kiện này (Ngày Colombo) thường được kỷ niệm tại toàn thể châu Mỹ, Tây Ban Nha và Ý.
