My best friend is Lan. We have known each other since we were 10 years old. However we became best friends when we were at grade 7. At that time I was very bad at English and it was who helped me improve my English. Now she lives with her parents in Nguyen Trai street.

In addition since I am better in Maths and Chemistry and she is better in English and languages we can always help each other if we get confused about a difficult homework assignment. We are so lucky that we get along so well. I hope that our friendship can last long.

I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu.
I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.
Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Overdo too much strenuous or excessive can leave me prone to illness, too. I make sure to get adequate sleep every night, get at least seven to eight hours sleep nightly
I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.
In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold.

Harry Potter is one of my favourite movies. This movie becoming my favourite since it has been held on theatre eight years ago. In my opinion, the story is totally awesome. Based on the best seller novel by JK.Rowling, this movie becomes real. I mean that the story is fiction, but it looks real when we see the movie. This movie story tells about Harry Potter, he is a wizard child. Since he was a baby, his parents died by the hand of The Dark wizard,Voldemort. So, he had to struggled on his whole life. When he turned to a young boy, Hogwart school of wizard and wizardry sent him a message that he is a student of that school. In there, he learned everything about magic, and also he found his true friendship, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. They always helped Harry Potter in everything, whether is right or wrong. They do this all together, happiness or sorrow. Harry Potter also learned how to love his parents, friends, teachers, and everything.
When Voldemort comes to kill Harry Potter, Harry against hard to be win. His best friends helped him until they comes to chaotic, but they still hold out.
From the story, i learn something about love, friendship, against everything bad, with our courageous and our heart and soul. That’s why this movie becoming my favourite ever, because the story is touching, even it’s just a fiction story. But it doesn’t mind, because we get everything in this movie, the great adventure, and the philosophy of this movie, definitely Harry Potter is my favourite.

Tụi em đi đâu cũng có nhau, chơi gì cũng rủ nhau và chia sẽ với nhau tất cả mọi chuyện không hề có ý nghĩ giấu diếm gì. Hoa bằng tuổi em nhưng cao hơn em một chút, dáng người hơi gầy, nước da trắng nõn và có một mái tóc dài đen mượt, một mái tóc mà em luôn mơ ước. Nổi bật trên khuôn mặt trái xoan là đôi mắt đen lay láy, ai cũng bảo bạn có đôi mắt biết nói, là một đoi mắt đẹp lại sinh động. Hồi ấy, chúng em học lớp Ba, có một bạn mới chuyển tới lớp, cô xếp chỗ cho bạn đó ngồi cạnh em và em thấy mình và bạn đó chơi rất hợp nhau. Em và bạn ấy đã rất thân, đi đâu cũng cùng đi, chuyện gì cũng kể cho nhau nghe, cuối tuần còn rủ nhau đi chơi. Vì dành nhiều thời gian cho bạn mới nên em thất hẹn với Hoa nhiều lần vì nghĩ Hoa sẽ bỏ qua cho em. Hoa bỏ qua một lần, hai lần rồi bạn giận em. Lúc đầu, em còn thấy Hoa nhỏ mọn, em giận lại bạn, nhưng rồi, em đem chuyện này nói với mẹ, mẹ đã nói là em đã sai, em có bạn mới là bỏ Hoa chơi một mình trong khi Hoa là người bạn thân nhất của em, bạn giận cũng không có gì sai cả. Em hiểu ra vấn đề và chạy ngay sang nhà Hoa để xin lỗi, nhưng đến cửa, còn chưa kịp xin lỗi thì Hoa đã hiểu tất cả, bạn cười khì và tha thứ cho em.
