Hello everyone, My name's  Thanh Hai, My English name is Daisy. I am 12 years old. Today, I am telling you about my favorite food, food groups, and how to stay healthy. I love fried chicken best because it's very crunchy and tasty. I often eat is at home, at KFC or Jollibee, but I love fried chicken made by my mom best. To make fried chicken we need: chicken, flour, salt, garlic, and oil. You can buy ingredients at the supermarket. Now, I am telling you how to make fried chicken.  First, mix flour and chicken, Then add some garlic and salt, Next fry in the pan with oil for 10 minutes, Finally enjoy tomato sauce with your family. Do you like fried chicken like me? Some of my friends love fried chicken. But, I think fried chicken is unhealthy because it has a lot of oil and salt. Fried chicken belongs to the protein group. You should eat it once a week only. There are 5 foods groups: vegetables and fruit, grain, dairy, protein, foods and drinks high in fat or sugar. We should eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. They provide vitamins, which help your body stay healthy. For example, carrot is high-nutrition food, Oranges are a good source of vitamin O. We shouldn't eat a lot of foods and drinks high in fat or sugar because they will cause obesity. For example, crisps and soda are unhealthy. Finally, we are trying to fight Coronavirus. So staying healthy is 1 tip to keep us safe from viruses, To do this, I think we should follow the food groups and do exercise every day. I am fighting hard against the Coronavirus.
